A 23 year, retired U.S. Marine Corps Officer, Tim Kornacki is a seasoned Senior Technology Executive with 30+ years in multiple senior leadership roles. Tim has an outstanding record of thought leadership, increasing emerging technology roadmaps aligned with the business, and building high-producing, loyal teams. In his career, he has worked with a focus on strategic planning, operations management, information technology management, and aviation maintenance & logistics. Tim has led numerous technology enhancement initiatives and developed strategic solutions that have streamlined operations, reduced costs, and enabled business growth through innovation and the implementation of technology for the Department of Defense, financial, commercial, non-profit, and academic organizations.
Tim earned a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, FL. He holds a Defense Acquisition University, Level II Certification in the Program Management domain, and currently holds an active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance. Tim is also an expert in Government/Commercial Contracting, Import/Export Regulatory Compliance, and International Trafficking in Arms (ITAR), and provides motivational speaking engagements to veterans.
A certified Microsoft Solutions Developer and programmer, Scott Piersall is a results-driven technology executive with 30+ years of experience who has founded, built, and sold multiple successful technology startups. Scott has a strong focus on problem-solving, strategic planning, and leading product development teams. He has taught university-level courses in software development, systems design and analysis, database development, and software engineering. Scott continues to lead numerous technology initiatives and strategic solutions that have repeatedly delivered high-producing solutions in healthcare, recycling, waste management, material recovery, credit card processing, ACH processing, and aviation supply and logistics industries.
Scott is currently pursuing a PhD and is a faculty member at the University of North Florida teaching Entrepreneurship and Systems Programming. He earned a Master of Science Degree in Computer and Information Science, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. He has published multiple papers that have been accepted in various industry journals. Scott also holds over fifteen industry certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Scott is also an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Charlie Addie is a retired veteran of the United States Air Force, who spent time in the Aviation and Aerospace realms while serving, ultimately leading thousands of airmen, and winning multiple awards for his leadership abilities along the way. His expert knowledge of change management, process improvement, and project management led to him being tasked with leading several base wide and Air Force wide initiatives that led to recognition all the way up to the highest levels of Air Force leadership. Charlie specialized in building very specific, well-rounded, and loyal teams that were equipped to tackle tough problems head on, while focusing on efficient, yet strategic solutions.
Charlie holds 4 degrees, including a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and Development, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management, both of which come from Columbia Southern University in Alabama. He also holds degrees in Aerospace and Aviation Technology, as well as Adult Education and Training, both were awarded by the Community College of the Air Force. Charlie also holds multiple certifications in areas such as Project / Program Management (USAF), Adult Education and Training (USAF), Process / Continuous Improvement (USAF), Agile / Scrum Master (SCRUMStudy), and also a Professional Teaching License from the Florida Department of Education.
Bernadette Rivell is a multiple Emmy-award winning Art Director/Graphic Designer and Certified Brand Strategist that holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has had an extremely successful career in the New York City and Philadelphia television industry that spanned over 17 years where she managed design departments for various television and cable networks, including the Fox Business Network, SportsNet New York, and NBC 10 WCAU-TV in Philadelphia. She was responsible for creating the brand, print, on-air, animation design, and advertising for news broadcasts, promotions, special projects, programming, events, and sales. Ms. Rivell has also lectured and taught graphic design, animation, and art direction as an Adjunct Professor at the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
After relocating to Florida from the Northeast in 2009, Ms. Rivell began her journey as an entrepreneur. She founded her business, Identity Brand + Design in 2010, and has since collaborated with clients in various industries throughout the United States focusing on their total brand experience. She often conducts workshops and lectures on various brand and design topics for the Small Business Development Center at the University of North Florida, as well as the Jax Chamber. She is also an Adjunct Professor that teaches Branding at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.
